It’s been a week since Helio Castroneves’ 2009 Indy 500 win and I can still see his emotional interview after the race. Seeing Helio’s interview and the images of him and his team climbing the fence as fans cheered on after his victory was pretty powerful!

I can’t even imagine the amount work and years or preparation that went into achieving something this spectacular. The first word that comes to mind would have to be Focus. He had focus on one thing – Winning races! All of his effort was focused racing. He was trying to be the best at 10 different things. He wasn’t working on 10 different websites or businesses and diluting his hard work. He focused on only one.
